Your First Visit
We will greet you warmly and listen to your situation and history. We will complete a written case history and a thorough chiropractic examination, including any x-rays that may be necessary. X-rays are a very useful tool, but the need to take them is determined by your history and exam findings. We’ll explain how chiropractic care can help your specific issues. Our consultation will be about 60 minutes, including filling out the intake forms.

Your Second Visit
There will be a short introductory video that presents background information in your report. The findings from your initial examination are thoroughly explained to you, including findings from any x-rays that were taken. Recommendations for an initial course of care will be given. If you want to pursue care, you will receive your first adjustment. We will also discuss the cost of the recommendations and what your options may be.
If you agree to the treatment plan, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment. This visit takes about 40 minutes including viewing the video.

No. We use gentle, low-force adjusting techniques that do not involve any twisting, popping, or cracking.
No. Becoming a new patient requires two visits. During your first visit, we’ll take a full history, perform a chiropractic exam, and take x-rays if necessary. On your second visit, we’ll review your results, recommend a care plan, discuss associated costs, and—if everything looks good to you—you’ll receive your first adjustment.
Unless you’re a newborn, it’s likely your spinal issues have been developing long before your symptoms began. Addressing both the acute discomfort and the underlying causes takes time and a consistent care plan.
Not at all. After completing your initial care plan, how you continue is entirely up to you. Some people return only when symptoms flare up. Others prefer regular care—whether weekly through a monthly membership (minimum one-year commitment) or every 2–6 weeks. Once people discover how simple, pleasant, and effective chiropractic care can be, they often choose not to wait until things get “bad” again.
Absolutely. If you’re already under chiropractic care at home, we’re happy to help keep your vacation on track. Please let us know you’re traveling when you call to schedule.
Yes, we’re happy to provide care while your chiropractor is away. Just let us know who you normally see when booking your appointment.
If your lawyer chooses not to get paid, that’s their decision—but we operate differently. We do not accept assignment from auto insurance or workers’ compensation claims.
Your first 2 appointments are 45 minutes long in order to get your history, conduct an exam, take necessary x-rays, and at the second visit, explain the findings and treatment plan, and give a first adjustment if appropriate. Going forward, appointments are scheduled 15 minutes each.
