The Care You Need at  Knight Chiropractic!

Whether you are looking for relief from pain, significant changes in your health through reconstructive care, or maintenance care to sustain your improved state of health… Knight Chiropractic is the right choice!

Your Wellness Journey Starts Here

Our process for new patients begins with a warm welcome and a comprehensive first visit, which includes a case history, chiropractic examination, and possible x-rays based on your needs, followed by an explanation of how chiropractic care can address your concerns. This visit, lasting about 45 minutes, also includes completing intake forms. During the second visit, findings from the initial exam and any x-rays are thoroughly reviewed, along with recommendations for a treatment plan (typically three to six months), cost options, and your first chiropractic adjustment if you agree to proceed. After the initial course of care, patients can choose to discontinue treatment, pursue weekly wellness care, or opt for maintenance care every three to six weeks.

Low Force Adjustment

At Knight Chiropractic, we use gentle, low force adjusting techniques in our chiropractic care.
They effectively correct the local, structural subluxations as well as the general subluxation patterns that affect the overall function of your nervous system.

Corrective Care

Corrective care goes beyond pain relief. It treats the underlying misalignments in the body that lead to pain and injury. There are five phases of corrective care: Initial pain relief, Corrective treatment; Supportive treatment, Maintenance Treatment, and Wellness Care.

Wellness Care

Following your initial course of care, together we will discuss the type of ongoing care that works best for you.
Wellness Care is for those who understand that regular adjustments to correct subluxations have significant health benefits and who want to make a long-term commitment to regular care.

Wellness Care is available for a low monthly fee.

Family and Prenatal Care

At Knight Chiropractic we recognize the birth experience is dramatic for all involved. We’ve had advanced training to help make expectant mothers more comfortable and at ease. Dr. Tim is certified in Webster Technique, a method directed toward improving pelvic function and reducing tension in the pelvis and lower back of pregnant patients, making for an easier birth process.

Achieve Balance and Harmony

Medical insurance is a complicated topic.

At Knight Chiropractic, it is our intention to help each patient be fully informed of their insurance coverage, as complicated as some plans are, prior to the new patient first visit. During the registration of the new patient appointment we will request your insurance information, we retrieve your coverage for chiropractic care and inform you of the coverage. It is our experience that with every plan there can be very diverse advantages, and limitations within each policy. We will do our best to interpret your coverage, prior to your first appointment, and inform you of that coverage and the financial responsibly.

We encourage patients to call Knight Chiropractic at (781) 641-2510 to learn more.

No. We use gentle, low-force adjusting techniques that do not involve any twisting, popping, or cracking.

No. Becoming a new patient requires two visits. During your first visit, we’ll take a full history, perform a chiropractic exam, and take x-rays if necessary. On your second visit, we’ll review your results, recommend a care plan, discuss associated costs, and—if everything looks good to you—you’ll receive your first adjustment.

Unless you’re a newborn, it’s likely your spinal issues have been developing long before your symptoms began. Addressing both the acute discomfort and the underlying causes takes time and a consistent care plan.

Not at all. After completing your initial care plan, how you continue is entirely up to you. Some people return only when symptoms flare up. Others prefer regular care—whether weekly through a monthly membership (minimum one-year commitment) or every 2–6 weeks. Once people discover how simple, pleasant, and effective chiropractic care can be, they often choose not to wait until things get “bad” again.

Absolutely. If you’re already under chiropractic care at home, we’re happy to help keep your vacation on track. Please let us know you’re traveling when you call to schedule.

Yes, we’re happy to provide care while your chiropractor is away. Just let us know who you normally see when booking your appointment.

If your lawyer chooses not to get paid, that’s their decision—but we operate differently. We do not accept assignment from auto insurance or workers’ compensation claims.

Your first 2 appointments are 45 minutes long in order to get your history, conduct an exam, take necessary x-rays, and at the second visit, explain the findings and treatment plan, and give a first adjustment if appropriate. Going forward, appointments are scheduled 15 minutes each.
